Ila Schulz is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the 2200-hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy.
Ila provides both therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments to help clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support their overall well-being. Her treatments include techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and therapeutic deep tissue techniques tailored to each client’s individual needs.
She enjoys working with a variety of conditions including neck and back pain, postural tension, sports injuries, and stress-related symptoms. Ila is committed to continuing her professional development and will be completing advanced training in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders and craniofacial pain in April 2026 (TMJDT certification).
Ila focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and cared for while working toward their health goals.
Outside the clinic, Ila enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, hiking, traveling, and walking her dog Eddie.
